SZVHC Participated the Seminar Held by Sheffield Hallam University, the UK
In May of 2022, SZVHC was invited to attend the seminar held by Sheffield Hallam University(SHU) in Britain. The theme was about the International Nurses Day with the topic “Nurses: A Voice to Lead – Invest in Nursing and Respect Rights to Secure Global Health”, focusing on the need to protect, support and invest in the nursing profession to strengthen health systems around the world. Ms. Gu, the dean of Foreign Affairs Office in SZVHC, sent greetings and delivered a speech.
SZVHC and SHU established the formal cooperation relationship in 2012 and signed the Memorandum of Understanding in 2013. Both parties have carried out various activities including mutual visits, academic lectures, teaching demonstration, professional training and etc. with remarkable achievements. SZVHC started the 3+1 Articulation Programme in Nursing and Rehabilitation specialties in 2015 and dispatched excellent teachers and students to SHU for academic exchange yearly.
Based on the great cooperation in the early stage, SZVHC and SHU will continue to strengthen the academic communication in the future.
