Spring Job Fair 2025 in SVHC: Expanding Opportunities, Enhancing Services

On April 18, Suzhou Vocational Health College successfully hosted the "Spring Job Fair 2025: Expanding Opportunities, Enhancing Services", aligning with the Ministry of Education’s "Spring Employment Promotion Initiative" to advance graduate employment.

The fair attracted over 80 employers from across the province, offering nearly 2,000 job openings tailored to fields such as medicine, pharmacy, nursing, dentistry, rehabilitation, and elderly care. Approximately 1,600 graduates attended this fair. Positions ranged from traditional roles like nurses and pharmacists to emerging roles like health managers and market specialists. Many companies also provided management trainee and leadership development programs, giving graduates a wide range of career development opportunities.

At the job fair, employers showcased their organizations through promotional materials and corporate videos, introducing students to their development history, corporate culture, benefits packages, and career advancement paths. Students actively engaged with recruiters, presenting well-prepared resumes while inquiring in detail about position availability, job requirements, and professional growth opportunities. Many participants expressed that the job openings aligned well with both their academic backgrounds and career aspirations, voicing hopes to stand out among competitors and secure desirable employment.

The Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, Shi Yuchang, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the college, Luo Xiaoqing, personally attended the job fair, engaging in friendly conversations with employers and students. They expressed their gratitude to all employers for their strong support of our graduates' employment efforts, gaining a detailed understanding of job requirements, salary, social security, and career development. They attentively listened to employers' opinions and suggestions regarding talent cultivation in our college. The college leaders also sincerely inquired about the graduates' job preparation and employment intentions, encouraging students to cherish opportunities, accurately identify their development positioning, fully showcase their talents, and successfully embark on a new chapter in their career development. The leadership teams from various secondary schools, as well as counselors and staff from the Student Affairs Office, participated throughout the campus recruitment event.

A dedicated Career Empowerment Station was set up at the job fair, offering graduates AI-powered resume optimization, personalized career counseling, and specialized guidance. These services helped students analyze employment trends, refine their job-seeking mindset, and enhance interview techniques.

The successful holding of this spring job fair has created a good employment platform for graduates of grade 2025, fully supporting our graduates in achieving high-quality and full employment. Looking ahead, SVHC will strengthen communication and cooperation with employers, continue to expand the supply of quality employment positions, and provide more and better job opportunities for graduates. At the same time, the college will comprehensively enhance employment guidance services and increase support for employment assistance, ensuring the successful completion of SVHC's goal of high-quality and full employment for graduates of grade 2025.
