Congratulations! "Excellence in Craftsmanship for Education Dreams" - Our Teaching Team Achieves Excellent Results in the 2024 Jiangsu Vocational College Teaching Ability Competition (College Group)

Recently, the Education Department of Jiangsu Province announced the winners of the 2024 Jiangsu Vocational College Teaching Ability Competition. After intense competition in both online preliminary evaluation and on-site finals, our school won two first prizes, one second prize, and one third prize, with the highest number of first prizes among vocational colleges in the medical and health sector.

To achieve good results and make new breakthroughs in this competition, the school leadership attached great importance to it, and all of the schools and relevant functional offices actively coordinated and cooperated to carefully prepare for the competition. Through ways of online and offline expert guidance, report presentation, on-site simulation and so on, we conducted targeted specialized guidance on the contest entries, including the implementation report, lesson plan, classroom teaching record, and the presentation without students and answering sections. We invited well-known experts within and outside the province to provide comprehensive guidance throughout the process, refined the contest entries repeatedly, and fully prepared for the finals of the provincial competition. The leaders of the schools provided full support throughout the process. Before the finals, Xiao Bo, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the college, and Sun Jing, Director of the Teaching Affairs Office, personally led the team, organized multiple rounds of on-site rehearsals to boost the morale and confidence of the participating teams.

During the nearly one-year refinement and polishing, the team teachers made arduous efforts and never-ending pursuit, dedicating themselves to innovating teaching methods and deepening teaching content. They conducted in-depth research on the frontiers of teaching, constantly explored and practiced, and meticulously restructured courses based on the characteristics of student learning to achieve precise teaching. During the preparation, the teachers overcame all difficulties, worked tirelessly day and night, refined and polished repeatedly, supported each other, remained true to their original aspirations and held fast to their education dream.

It is this passion for education and unremitting pursuit of teaching quality, as well as the wholehearted support of the school's teachers and students, that has enabled our teachers to stand out in fierce competition and win high praise from the judges. These honors are not only a recognition of the teachers' individual teaching abilities, but also a high recognition of our school's educational and teaching level.

The school has always attached great importance to teaching ability competitions and regards the competition as a means to promote the improvement of teachers' professional qualities and teaching ability, as well as an important measure to support the school's "five gold" construction and continuous improvement of education quality.
