Youthful Dreams: SVHC 2025 New Year Celebration Concludes Successfully
The tide is high and the wind is strong; it's the perfect time to seize the momentum. On the evening of December 30, our school's "Youthful Dreams" New Year celebration was held in the gymnasium of the Shihu Campus. Teachers and students gathered together to celebrate the New Year.
The celebration kicked off with the wonderful dance performance "Better and Better." More than 10 carefully-arranged programs by the Suzhou Vocational Health College (SVHC) Youth League Committee and various secondary-level trade unions followed. The piece "Croatian Rhapsody" with its stirring melody celebrated perseverance and hard work. The short film "We Are All Volunteers" highlighted the spirit of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance, and progress". The long-standing Chinese culture was encapsulated in the unique charm of programs like "Li Sao", "The Map of Mountains and Rivers" and "National Flowers". Songs and dances such as "A Little Red Flower for You", "La La Land", and "What I Want to Say to You Today" showcased the vibrant spirit of our teachers and students, earning enthusiastic applause and pushing the celebration to a climax.
The celebration also featured a live online broadcast, allowing more teachers and students to join in the festive atmosphere and feel the warmth and joy of the SVHC family. Amidst the laughter and cheers, everyone reviewed the past year's achievements and looked forward to the new year's bright prospects.
As the final program came to an end, this passionate and dream-filled New Year celebration concluded successfully. Our teachers and students will welcome the arrival of 2025 with even greater enthusiasm and jointly write a new chapter of beauty through the changing seasons.
